About Events & Logistics

Mission Statement

The mission of the Events Department is to design, execute and oversee Rowan-Cabarrus Community College events that support and promote the College’s mission and the events objective.The Event’s Department facilitates and books meetings with our internal/external customers while providing excellent customer service and building goodwill throughout the community. In addition, we manage the college-wide room scheduling software to minimize conflicts and maximize facility use.

Director of Event’s Statement

We are proud of our beautiful facilities here at Rowan-Cabarrus Community College. We feel that rental fees should not be a barrier to acquiring a suitable event space for your group or event. We try to keep our rates at a reasonable level so that our community can benefit from the services and event spaces we offer. Our event space fills up quickly because of our academic class schedule, low cost, training seminars and internal meetings. We look forward to exceeding your expectations.
