The mission of Facilities Operations and Maintenance is to provide world-class facilities and grounds that ensure all Rowan-Cabarrus students, faculty and staff have a safe and secure positive learning and work environment.
Our services include:
- Building and grounds maintenance
- Housekeeping and janitorial
- Day-to-day operational support
- Small project support

- Locks and Keys
Facilities Operations and Maintenance Technicians have a varied background and multiple years of training in many disciplines in order to support the requirements to keep our campuses operational. Many are currently enrolled in continuing education training to help serve you better.
