Rowan-Cabarrus is dedicated to paying it forward by contributing to the communities who supports its success. We offer many opportunities for our employees and students to take part in community-based outreach and work development activities. Rowan-Cabarrus participate in food drives, fundraisers, collection of clothing items for our local shelters and nursing homes, the United Way, local community events (Rowan Chamber Dragon Boat Festival, Special Olympics of Rowan County Polar Plunge) and our Student Wellness Center offers a Food and Resource Pantry which provides food assistance to our students and families at no cost.
