Grades, transcripts, and graduation for RCCC students may be delayed until all Library materials are returned and all Library fines have been paid in full. Unpaid fines or fees will be sent to Student Accounts for collection.

Overdue Notices

Borrowers are notified of overdue materials by the sending of three overdue notices to their RCCC student email account. Notices are a courtesy and failure to receive a notice does not relieve the Borrower of responsibility for overdue materials. It is the responsibility of the Borrower to monitor their Library transactions.

First Notice:      Sent 3 days after due date
Second notice:  Sent 14 days after due date
Third Notice:     Sent 28 days after due date
Final Bill:          Sent 45 days after due date

When an item is 45 days overdue it is considered lost and the Borrower is billed for its replacement. The final bill is mailed via USPS.
