The following three post-licensing 30-hour classes all require the NC Real Estate Manual; NC Laws, Rules, and Legal Concepts also requires the NCLLR, and both books can be ordered on the NC Real Estate Commission’s website.
A provisional broker license is also required to take each of the following classes:

NC Laws, Rules, and Legal Concepts (Class 303)
Provides post licensing instruction in various topics such as general North Carolina licensing requirements, brokerage compensation issues, the disciplinary process, specialized types of real estate, property management in NC, and miscellaneous NC laws and legal concepts.
