Degree/Diploma/Certificate Replacement or Additional Copy Request

Replacements or additional copies of college degrees, diploma, and certificates can be requested using the request form. This form is only for college graduation documents. There is a $14.25 charge for each copy.

Replacement degrees, diplomas and certificates are issued in the current format used by Rowan-Cabarrus Community College and will reflect the administrative signatures in place at the time of reprint.
